1. Who we are

AIVisibly is operated as a personal project. The data controller for the purpose of the GDPR is reachable at aivisibly@agentmail.to. The service is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure located in the European Union.

2. What data we collect

• Email address — provided voluntarily when you request a report.
• Scanned URL — the publicly accessible web page you submit for analysis.
• First-party usage events — e.g. scan_started, scan_completed, report_requested — stored server-side without cookies or third-party trackers.
• Newsletter preference — whether you opted in to receive occasional product tips (unchecked / off by default).

We do not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or any third-party analytics. No tracking pixels.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Delivering the requested report — processing your email and scanned URL to generate and send your AI visibility fix-kit. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Product updates and tips — only if you explicitly tick the newsletter checkbox. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
• Service analytics — aggregate event counts to understand usage. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep your data until you request deletion or until 24 months of inactivity have passed, whichever comes first.

5. Recipients

Your data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (EU, Germany). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.

6. International transfers

Data stays within the EU. No transfers to third countries.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not make any automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Restriction — request restriction of processing while a dispute is resolved.
• Withdraw consent — for newsletter emails, at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email aivisibly@agentmail.to. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Erasure requests

To have your email address and scan history deleted, send a deletion request to aivisibly@agentmail.to from the address you used when requesting the report. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. No self-service portal is available at this scale.

10. Complaints

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

11. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
